2027 Young Pro Team Applications
Rafter P Construction is proud to partner with the Patriot Event and support the next generation of rodeo athletes. We are excited to announce that applications are officially open for the 2026 Rafter P Construction Youth Pro Team. This team represents more than a sponsorship. At Rafter P Construction, our support goes beyond the arena. We are committed to showing up, staying involved, and standing behind our Youth Pro Team members as they compete across the country and grow both in and out of rodeo. Our goal is to encourage, mentor, and invest in these young cowboys and cowgirls every step of the way. If you are a youth athlete who has already qualified for the 2026 Hooey Junior Patriot, this is your opportunity to take the next step.
- Compete at a high level and are committed to their craft
- Represent themselves and the sport with professionalism and integrity
- Align with Rafter P's values and brand
- Give back to the next generation
- Support the growth and future of the Western industry
- Are willing to be active ambassadors for Rafter P both in and out of the arena
We intentionally keep the Rafter P Pro Rodeo Athlete Team small so we can build meaningful relationships with the athletes who represent our brand.
As positions become available, we invite interested athletes to apply. Applications are reviewed as openings arise, with consideration given not only to competitive accomplishments, but also to an athlete’s character, values and alignment with Rafter P.
We are looking for athletes who are passionate about their craft, committed to giving back to the next generation and invested in the continued growth of the Western industry.
If you feel you would be a good fit for the Rafter P Pro Team, we encourage you to apply and tell us why.
