Meet Our Staff
Brad Pryor is the President and Founder of Rafter P Construction Inc. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a work ethic that is unmatched and implements a very ‘hands on’ approach. This allows him to meet with new clients and oversee our Rafter P team while having an open-door concept with his customers to ensure their satisfaction. their project from start to finish while making sure they are satisfied every step of the way. He continuously exceeds customers’ expectations in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch projects, which establishes lifelong relationships for Rafter P Construction, Inc.
Brad is an active member of the community, serving as the President of the Hunt County Fair Board and as the President of the Caddo Mills ISD Education Foundation. He, also, supports local youth sports teams, as well as, area FFA & 4H organizations. Brad and his wife are proud to call Hunt County their home, raising their 4 children there, and they love spending time on their family ranch in Young County.
Curt is an active partner, and a Vice President of Rafter P Construction, Inc.. His primary role within the company is to lead and ensure the success of the Commercial Division of Rafter P Construction, Inc.
Curt has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry with experience working throughout the United States. From conceptual design through turnover, Curt has a vast and detailed knowledge of construction technology, practices / procedures, & an accurate understanding of needs through the entire construction process.
Curt has experience in ground-up construction encompassing industrial, institutional, hospitality, multi-family, commercial, & retail. As well as high rise interiors, tenant finish, multi-level retail, renovation, and institutional. Curt understands the dynamics of a project, the client’s needs, and the importance of how those items come together for a successful project.
Curt embodies the company philosophy of providing the best services to the client through understanding the needs of the client, and implementing successful, proven business practices to achieve the clients’ goal while following the company philosophy of “Building quality, while exceeding expectations”.
Curt enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter. He also enjoys motor sports, fishing, or just playing on the lake with friends.
Colt is the General Manager at Rafter P Construction and has over 8 years of experience in the metal building industry, 3 of which are with Rafter P. He also deals with sales, contracts, direct customer relations, ordering of material, managing field crews and current/upcoming project management. Outside of work, Colt enjoys spending time with his wife Amberlie and his children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing golf every chance he gets.
Bekah handles Public Relations, Marketing, as well being an Admin to owner, Brad Pryor, at Rafter P Construction, Inc. She ensures that all Brad’s obligations are filled so he can focus his time & energy into the ongoing & upcoming construction projects. She also handles all Facebook/website/IT matters, as well as miscellaneous customer questions. Her extensive background in customer service and her 8 years at Rafter P helps in putting the customers first in all aspects of business. As a board member for the Hunt County Fair Association, she prides herself in helping make the Hunt County Fair a better community event for Hunt County. She lives in the Greenville area with her husband, two daughters & mastiff.
Mike is our Field Supervisor at Rafter P Construction. With over 27 years of construction experience, 10 of those years as a Forman for Rafter P, Mike is very knowledgeable on our process and the quality that you can expect to see in every project. His job includes overseeing scheduling, jobsite communication, and purchasing for our steel erectors and sheeting crews. Mike is certified in Standing Seam Roofing, Insulated Metal Panels, Mig & Stick Welding, CPR, as well as being certified in operating various types of equipment. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, praising God at church, working out, playing sports, and watching his Cowboys!
Tommy is the Operations Manager at Rafter P Construction. He originally started at Rafter P Construction as a Foreman of a field crew before he transitioned to the Operations Manager bringing his hands on experience into the office. Tommy has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, 10 of which were owning his own busines building metal buildings and homes. His duties include preparing takeoffs on projects, ordering job materials, and project scheduling. Tommy has served as the Livestock Superintendent for the Hunt County Fair for more than 10 years. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife of over 20 years and family.
Brett is a Project Manager at Rafter P Construction, Inc. With nearly 20 years amount of experience in the construction industry, Brett brings detailed knowledge of budgeting and job procedures to the team. His project manager duties include logistical management, scheduling, ordering & communicating job progress for both commercial and residential projects. In his spare time, Brett enjoys being active in his church community at the Higher Trails Cowboy Church and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Cary is one of our Superintendents. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Cary owned and operated his own business in residential construction for 10 of those years. Cary comes to Rafter P after 10 years of being an operator for Bimbo Bakeries. He is married and has two children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, raising beef cattle, and watching his children play sports. loves all things bread, cows and basketball.
Ashley is the Contract and Design Coordinator at Rafter P Construction. Her extensive background in sales and customer service allows Ashley to help our residential customers through the budgeting and design process. With two years of experience at Rafter P, she works one-on-one with customers to ensure the finalized floorplans and design selections reflect their exact vison. Once the design phase is finalized, she provides the customer with a proposal for their custom home building project to reflect their exact selections. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
Nikki is the Contract and Design Coordinator at Rafter P Construction. With her broad background in customer service and sales she helps customers in the preliminary phase. She works closely with customers to pick floor plans. Once floor plans are picked out, she works closely with the customers to create a proposal. Once the preliminary process is complete, she then helps our customers navigate the design and contract phase.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys raising money for wildlife organizations and hanging out with her family and dog.
Marissa is the Administrative Assistant to Rafter P Construction. With her broad background in communications, she handles all Facebook/website/email matters, as well as various customer questions. Marissa grew up in Wise County showing animals and helping her family race Quarter Horses. She enjoys spending time with her husband, and her two mini-Aussies.
Haley is an Administrative Assistant at Rafter P Construction, Inc., as well as being an Admin to General Manager, Colt Herron. Haley has an extensive background in customer service and communication. After being in the dental field for 6 years, she decided to venture back to the construction world where she feels at home. Haley grew up in the Kaufman County area. Outside of work Haley enjoys hunting, attending sporting events and spending time with her family and dog, Bristol!
Sheila is an Administrative Assistant at Rafter P Construction in the design, contract, and subcontract area. She is a retired elementary teacher of 33 years from Wolfe City ISD. She loves to attend different sporting events and enjoys helping keep the books at volleyball and basketball games. Watching generations of children grow up in Wolfe City has been very pleasing to her. Sheila and her husband, Ron, of 34+ years have enjoyed raising their two children, Maci and Austin, in Wolfe City.
Sara is the accountant for Rafter P Construction with responsibilities that include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, HR, insurance, and DOT Compliance, among other tasks. Her accounting career began with 7 years in Municipal Government before transitioning to corporate accounting. She grew up in South Arkansas and now lives in the Lone Oak area with her husband, two children, dog, & cat. Sara enjoys reading, fishing, watching her children’s activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Hannah handles Accounting and HR at Rafter P Construction. After teaching math for 12 years she decided it was time for a change and joined the Rafter P team. She assists Sara with Accounting/HR and supports the team in any way she can. Hannah grew up in Hunt County and loves the small-town life. She has 2 daughters and several cats! She enjoys spending time with her family, game nights, and baking.
Tony handles Warehouse & Purchasing at Rafter P Construction. Tony’s duties include estimating and inventory control. With a background in managing restaurants for 34 years, he brings extensive experience in inventory control. He is married and enjoys hunting. Being an accomplished gunsmith, his main hobby outside of work is shooting.
Tim Rosenthal is a project estimator and assist in sales, project management, and material and equipment procurement at Rafter P Construction. Tim was raised in the construction industry as the son of a general contractor, taking a 5 year hiatus to serve in the US Navy, before returning to work for his father, branching out on his own and eventually coming to work at Rafter P Construction. During his time in construction Tim has had the opportunity to work all over the country spending time on both coasts and gain experiences in many facets of the industry. In addition to the building side of construction, Tim has also been licensed as an all lines and public insurance adjuster handling residential, multi-family residential, and commercial insurance claims. Outside of work Tim spends his time with his wife Emelie, raising their two children and growing their farm.

Jimmy is a superintendent in our residential department at Rafter P Construction. He strives to ensure all his projects run smoothly, meeting any and all customers’ expectations. He prides himself in giving every customer the home they’ve dreamed of. He has been with Rafter P Construction for 14 years, married and has 2 kids. Jimmy is active in different areas of ministry including being the chaplain for Sprint Car Bandit Series. He also plays an active role in the Rafter P Construction Racing team!
Chawn Cooper is a Project Manager Assistant at Rafter P Construction. He was born and raised in Hunt County and was a teacher/coach in the area for 3 years before deciding switch career paths. He is organized, motivated, and has great people skills. Aside from ordering materials and organizing schedules, Chawn works with our residential superintendents closely to make sure all jobs exceed our clients’ expectations. Outside of work, Chawn enjoys going to church, hanging out with his wife, Kristin, and throwing some meat on the grill.
Logan is one of our Residential superintendents. He grew up in the construction industry & has been working as a general contractor for the last 5 years. Great client relationships are his priority as he aims to make each project exceed client expectations. When he is not at work, you can find him raising Beefmaster cattle. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, & building projects around the house.
Bert grew up raising cows and lived the farm life until he was 18. He learned what hard work was as a child by helping dad feed cows before/after school, hauling hay and watermelons, and other various jobs on the farm. As an adult, he worked at The Dallas Morning News as a manager in several different departments. For the past 33 years. During this time, he contracted Rafter P Construction to build him a horse barn and shop. Him & his wife were amazed at the craftsmanship and dedication they saw from Rafter P Construction. In April of 2021, Bert joined the team here at Rafter P to start a new career. He and his wife Jennifer enjoy the farm life, the beach, weightlifting, body building, and spending time with their 4 children.
Jan is part of the drafting team at Rafter P Construction, Inc. In 2012 she moved to Texas from Minnesota, where she spent 29 years drafting and designing for several custom manufacturing and construction companies. She now assists Rafter P’s customers with the design of their buildings, as well as drafting actual construction plans for our construction crews. In her free time, she enjoys riding, training, and showing her horses in AQHA, Stock Horse of Texas, and the American Stock Horse Association Shows.
Casey is a drafter at Rafter P Construction. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he started out in residential framing, went to commercial roofing, and from there to a custom woodworking shop where I was given the opportunity to learn CAD. He has spent the last 20 years as a custom woodwork/Stairway designer/CNC programmer/carpenter. He is married with 2 children, and in his free time he enjoys playing and building guitars, golf, and watching baseball.
Peter is a member of the drafting team at Rafter P Construction. He enjoys working with the estimators to take the customer’s ideas and generate easy to understand floor plans with 3D views showing what the building will look like.
He is a graduate of Paris Junior College with an Associates of Applied Science - Computer-Aided Design. He is a member of Civil Air Patrol, the Air Force auxiliary, where he serves as a Communications Officer and ground team member for search and rescue. As a youth Peter earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Megan is a member of the drafting team at Rafter P Construction. She excelled at Paris Junior College where she earned two Associate Degrees, one in Computer Aided Design and the other in Fine Art. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and spending time with family.
J is a project manager for the Commercial Division of Rafter P Construction, Inc. J brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry to Rafter P, with experience working throughout The Mainland United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and throughout all Providences in Canada. J is a hands-on construction professional, used to working in fast paced environments which demand strong organizational, technical and intrapersonal skills. In his personal time, J likes to spend it with his Fiancé, kids, and his dogs. He has an Associates of Arts from Wilmington College, and has completed an apprenticeship through The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
David is a Commercial Superintendent for Rafter P Construction. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 15 years. He began working in the field with a background in plumbing and mechanical. He has been a Commercial Superintendent for the past 8 years. In that time, he has taken on a variety of projects that include a movie theater, multiple restaurants, office spaces, bars, ground up retail, and a brewery. He has a wife and two children, which he enjoys spending time with as well as fishing, riding motorcycles, and relaxing on the lake.
