Step 3 – Drawing Process / Contracts / Funding

absolute

Our team will start designing the plans to the exact specifications of our customers. As soon as your plans are complete and approved by our customer, we send our plans out for bid to all licensed trades for the work we do not self-perform. After all bids are received back, our team will work up your contract that includes the entire scope of work. Customers can expect our contracts to show the numbers per the respective section and totaled at the bottom, so they can see what is driving the cost of their project. We want to work off a number that both us at Rafter P Construction our customers can feel confident in. We typically try to avoid change orders, which is why we include all the details of your project in your plans and your contract. Once all these details are approved by the customer, your project is ready for funding.
