Our carefully selected Youth Pro Team is comprised of 15 outstanding and dedicated rodeo athletes from The Patriot Rodeo, each showcasing exceptional talent and commitment to the sport. These young enthusiasts showcase exceptional skills and passion for the sport, embodying the spirit of the rodeo. Rafter P recognizes the potential within this dynamic group and encourages them to apply for a coveted spot on the Youth Pro Team. Being part of this team means more than just sponsorship; it's an opportunity to nurture talents, receive support from a reputable organization, and contribute to the rodeo community. Rafter P high school rodeo challenge scholarship applications now open

At Rafter P Construction, we understand that our success would not be possible without the hard work and expertise of our skilled tradespeople. Their dedication is the foundation upon which our company is built, and we are deeply committed to supporting the next generation of trades professionals. As part of our ongoing effort to foster the development of future talent, we are proud to announce our partnership with the National Reined Cow Horse Association. Through this collaboration with the NRCHA, we are thrilled to offer two $1,500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are members of NRCHA and aspire to pursue a career in the trades. These scholarships are specifically designed for students who plan to attend trade school and further their education in skilled labor, providing them with the resources they need to build a successful future in the trades.
