Young Pro Team

Where passion meets potential in the exhilarating world of rodeo. Our carefully selected Young Pro Team is comprised of 15 outstanding and dedicated rodeo athletes from The Patriot Rodeo, each showcasing exceptional talent and commitment to the sport. These young enthusiasts showcase exceptional skills and passion for the sport, embodying the spirit of the rodeo. Rafter P recognizes the potential within this dynamic group and encourages them to apply for a coveted spot on the Young Pro Team. Being part of this team means more than just sponsorship; it's an opportunity to nurture their talents, receive support from a reputable organization, and contribute to the rodeo community. Rafter P Construction looks forward to welcoming these promising individuals into the fold and supporting their journey towards becoming the future stars of the rodeo world.

At Rafter P, we believe in nurturing the next generation of rodeo champions, and our Young Pro Team represents the embodiment of skill, determination, and grit of rodeo.

nrcha assistant trainer of the year

Rafter P Construction is proud to sponsor the Assistant Trainer of the Year award with the NRCHA because they recognize the immense grit and dedication it takes to succeed in this role. Assistant trainers are the backbone of the reining cow horse world, putting in countless hours behind the scenes, often with little recognition, to help develop both horses and riders into champions. Rafter P Construction, built on the foundation of grit and perseverance, understands the hard work it takes to achieve excellence and is committed to honoring those who share that same relentless drive within the NRCHA community.

The "Rafter P Construction’s Assistant Trainer of the Year" award will be presented during the Snaffle Bit Futurity, to an exceptional assistant trainer who has been nominated for their outstanding contributions within the National Reined Cow Horse Association. This inaugural award recognizes their hard work and dedication, and also includes a $1,500 prize from Rafter P Construction as a token of appreciation for the relentless hours and effort these trainers invest in shaping the future of the sport.

Nominations are open September 1st, 2024 and close September 28th, 2024. Please note:  The Assistant Trainer must work for a Professional NRCHA Trainer and the Trainer's NRCHA number must be provided.
