The facility includes custom-fenced paddock turnouts equipped with rubber mat footing and specially designed double horse stocks, enhancing the barn’s functionality. Its exterior showcases an appealing color scheme of tan block complemented by live edge rough-sawn cedar accents, contributing to its attractive pasture appeal. Inside, the barn contains five 12×12 stalls, each featuring hinged dividers, custom arched fronts with distinctive window grill work, a comfort mattress system for flooring, Nelson 700 series stainless steel automatic waterers, variable speed fans, and custom built steel frame Dutch doors with special hardwood, along with shaving guards for the stall doors. The spacious 14-foot aisle is fitted with rubber paver flooring, a concealed French drain system, and a Big Ass Fan for ventilation. The wash bay is equipped with a stainless steel hose boom, rubber paver flooring, cinder block walls, a linear floor drain, and cross tie D loops for convenience. The heated and cooled tack/feed rooms are designed with custom cabinetry, featuring slide-out feed bins, exotic granite countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Additionally, the barn includes a second-floor storage area. This facility was meticulously designed and constructed with a focus on safety and convenience for the horses residing within.
