corrugated metal ceilings, lap and gap cedar, and sealed concrete floors all throughout the
1,040 sqft of finish out space. The designer bifold glass Renlita overhead doors offer the three
functions of a door, window, or shade. The kitchen includes a custom mild steel backsplash
finished with a flat sealer, oversized island, textured level 3 granite countertops, and large
double undermount stainless sink. The kegerator & wine cooler are perfect finishing touches for
