2026 Young Pro Team Applications
Rafter P Construction is proud to partner with the Patriot Event and support the next generation of rodeo athletes. We are excited to announce that applications are officially open for the 2026 Rafter P Construction Youth Pro Team. This team represents more than a sponsorship. At Rafter P Construction, our support goes beyond the arena. We are committed to showing up, staying involved, and standing behind our Youth Pro Team members as they compete across the country and grow both in and out of rodeo. Our goal is to encourage, mentor, and invest in these young cowboys and cowgirls every step of the way. If you are a youth athlete who has already qualified for the 2026 Hooey Junior Patriot, this is your opportunity to take the next step.

In addition, Youth Pro Team members gain exclusive access to mentorship opportunities through Zoom calls and direct advice from Rafter P Construction’s Pro Team athletes, including Shad Mayfield, Kinlie Brennise, Tyler Wade, Wesley Thorp, and Ben Andersen.
Applicants must be Junior High or High School students who have qualified for the 2026 Hooey Junior Patriot.
Rafter P Construction looks for athletes who demonstrate strong work ethics, sportsmanship, and integrity. Applicants should also show a commitment to rodeo and a desire for personal growth both in and out of the arena.
Selected athletes commit to the Rafter P Construction Youth Pro Team for one year. Athletes who remain within the age of eligibility are welcome to apply again for the 2027 Youth Pro Team. Team members are expected to represent Rafter P Construction and the Youth Pro Team in a positive and professional manner.
The Rafter P Construction Youth Pro Team is comprised of 15 youth athletes.
Applications are available online. Please complete and submit your application by February 15 to be considered for the 2026 Youth Pro Team. Application includes short answer questions and two references.
